About The Soma Shed

The Soma Shed was born out of a passion for wellness and a desire to create a space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and minds. It all started with my own desire to reconnect to self and relieve chronic pain. 

 

The first step was completing my yoga teacher training in Nepal. From there the journey continued, and my passion for somatic movement deepened. It became so very apparent our bodies speak to us in their own language and when we connect to that, life most undoubtedly changes. 

 

Drawing from my own journey and combining that with countless teaching sessions, with a multitude of individuals and groups,  I’ve cultivated a unique approach that is both relaxed and deeply personal. I believe that each person's path to well-being is unique, and it’s my privilege to support you in finding yours.

 

Here, we embrace authenticity and strive to create an environment where you can feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore the depths of your well-being. It’s not just about learning techniques to ease symptoms; it’s about building a connection and fostering lasting change in your life.

 

Sessions are no frills and relaxed. Often Sam the dog will make an appearance and we do our best to allow you to embrace  YOUR time!
